We were pleasantly surprised with our experience this evening. We actually stopped dining at Jakes because the service and food were not good. However, tonight everything was very good and we are planning our next visit.

Great service and food, our waitress was friendly, efficient, and made sure we were having a wonderful Birthday.

The service was very good. The dining area was quiet however the bar area was a little loud. Prices were high however the food was very good.

Outstanding food and impeccable service at 19 at Rancho de Los Cab. The food & wine pairings they offer once a month are all wonderful.

I brought my daughter for her birthday and the goal was to give her and amazing experience and that was achieved. It was pretty empty when we walked in at noon. Reservation wasn't needed at all for but west gate as a whole was pretty empty. The food was just ok. For the price, I would have liked the quality to be far better. But again, for the experience. I tried ordering a few things off the menu but a few things were not available. I think there was one other waitress aside from mine so service wasn't as quick as I'd like it to be but totally not her fault. She did the best she could. Even with not a ton of patrons, they could have used a little help. I give it a 4 because my daughter loved the experience and her brothers who joined did as well, but again, for the price, the quality of food needs improvements. The specialty drinks and milkshake were great.
