Plate is our favorite restaurant in Stowe, Vermont. We highly recommend it to everyone, Aaron and Jen run an excellent restaurant, The chef-owner is unbelievable. He is very talented, creative and is able to develop and deliver unique dishes and get them to the table hot or cold as is appropriate and perfectly plated. It is a wonderful dining experience. At this visit, my husband I shared a delightful Caesar Salad and I had the most delicious cod that I have ever eaten, My husband had a perfect pork chop that was exceptional. The signature Banana Pudding dessert is not to be missed. Try it once and you will be hooked, we were!! The service is also exceptional in every category. The bar is creative and outstanding as well. If you have never experienced this wonderful restaurant, go!!! You will definitely need reservations that are easily booked through Open Table.

A Cozy March Visit to North Hero House – Always Exceptional! North Hero House never disappoints! We stopped in for a visit this March, and as always, the experience was outstanding. I had the Shepherd’s Pie, and let me tell you—absolutely delicious! Comforting, flavorful, and the perfect dish to enjoy while taking in the warm and inviting atmosphere. One thing that truly sets North Hero House apart is the people. Kane is fantastic, and every single waitress and waiter has the best attitude—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely happy to be there. It makes such a difference! While we can’t wait for summer to arrive and enjoy all that North Hero House has to offer in the warmer months, it was a real treat to visit in March and see all those lovely familiar faces. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out on one of the best dining experiences in Vermont!

We have always been able to count on having a great meal at this restaurant. This has become our #1 go to spot when we head up to ski at Jay Peak!
