- NNANCYGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoI had a fabulous brunch with friends today at Murphy's on the Green. We both drove 2 hours from different directions to meet . This was my first dining experience at Murphy's and won't be my last. The owner couldn't be more welcoming and gracious. He sat us by the window and checked back to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Our waitress was outstanding! She answered all our questions about the menu and made sure that we did not want for anything. She knew that we hadn't seen each other for awhile and allowed us to take our time to reconnect. Excellent food, outstanding service and hospitality. Can't wait to return!More infoMurphys On The GreenPrice: Moderate• American• Hanover•4.3

- KkeithVIPGreater Boston •50 reviews4.0Dined on Apr 19, 2025The food was excellent. The Oyster chowder was about the best I ever had. The Ceasar salad was nice & fresh. I liked the fact the dressing was on the side, so I was able to determine how much I wanted to add in. My Sirloin was done perfectly. I really enjoyed the red wine reduction. For dessert we did both the Raspberry Sorbet & the Brownie Sundae. Both were great. Good to see Chef Val & his staff really hitting their stride. Basically, I feel he's about the best chef in the White Mtn. region.More infoSugar Hill InnPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French / American• Sugar Hill•4.5
