At Landscape Restaurant & Grill, right in the heart of Hobart’s Hunter Street waterfront precinct, we create an unforgettable dining experience. The heart of our kitchen lies in the coals of our Asado grill. Here, our experienced team, led by Head Chef Nathaniel Embrey, sear aged local wagyu, tender Tasmanian lamb, freshly caught seafood and other premium ingredients, creating masterful dishes of unrivaled flavour. Adding to the unique quality of our dishes is the distinctive environment in which they’re served – the historic walls of the original IXL Jam Factory, surrounded by the iconic landscape art of John Glover. For bookings over 8 people, please call us directly on 1800 436 797, or email us at landscape@landscaperestaurant.com.au

Six Russell is a vibrant neighbourhood bistro and bakery nestled in the centre of Sandy Bay. As a smaller venue we embody familiarity and aim to be an extension to the community whether it’s a morning coffee from the laneway, a quick afternoon bite from our providore, or an evening filled with food and drinks from the bistro; we offer a space for regulars to connect and newcomers to enjoy good food and good company. Our space and both the food and beverage menus have been designed to suit all occasions, with the menus sharing a focus on small producers.Bistro Kitchen Closes at 10:00pm*
At Old Wharf, we stand in the historical location of former jetties, piers, homes and taverns from where, since the 1800s colourful traders, merchandisers, exporters and explorers have shipped Tassie’s renowned produce across the globe.Chef Simon Pockran and his team acknowledge this history by creating a menu that celebrates and explores Tasmania’s traditional family dishes. Reimagined and refined, this menu gives the nod to our past while championing our celebrated produce and boutique Tasmania growers.

Belvedere feeds a growing global appetite for authentic local encounters intertwined with paddock to plate. Through thoughtful interactions, we will create experiences that talk to the providence of the site (through art and design) and to the produce we serve. The site’s colonial backstory serves as an entrée to its incarnation as ‘The Belvedere’ – a beloved Art Deco dance hall that shaped the city’s social fabric from the late 1930s. This story is memorialised in mesmerising chain art – featuring a 7.5m x 3m Kriskadecor panel.Paying homage to this memory, the new ‘Belvedere’ will take its rightful spot as a modern-day gathering place, inviting travellers, corporate crowds and locals to celebrate the best of Tasmania. From paddock to seashore, the menu will showcase the Apple Isle’s rich bounty of produce, and Cape Grim Beef will share centre stage with Meander Valley Chicken, local cheeses and artisan products.
To truly understand Tasmania, one must know its people and how they interact - The Story Bar makes for an iconic backdrop for both locals and visitors alike.
Our bar team offer everything from draught beer to the finest wine and spirits in a refined watering hole, adorned with newspaper headlines from decades past.
