Fantastic food & great waitress. The onion soup was the best we had, the beef cheeks were outstanding and the pasta dish with scallops was very well done. The entire experience is something we will remember. Our waitress was young but very experienced in customer service, a real pleasure to talk to & a great example of the local areas exceptional young ladies. We are local residents will return!

We had such a wonderful experience at Salt Rock that we ate here two nights in a row! The drinks and food are delicious, but the staff are what makes it so special! Shout out to Lauren who was the absolute best and took care of us like we were regulars with warmth and care when we had never even been there before our first night staying at the Amara. She is actually the reason we stayed for dinner the second night and made our experience at Amara so much better! Also shout out to Sean as well who gave us the best recommendations on local activities, he was so kind and helpful. What a great place - I highly recommend it for both drinks and for dinner!

Authentic and delicious Italian food. Being an Italian who originally comes from the east coast, it's very difficult to get it right with me when it comes to Italian food, but this place knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend.
