I mistakenly thought this restaurant was part of the silvertip golf, it’s not in my reservation I asked for a seat with a view. I was given an option to sit anywhere as the restaurant was empty. I had a partial view of the mountains and a full view of some port-o-potties. Our server was great and very accommodating to our requests for changes to our food choices (items on the side instead of on the dish). We ordered several items off the happy hour menu to share and they were delicious and plenty for two. The happy hour special cocktail was great also and unlike anything I’ve tried before.

Loved every bite, every second of our time here. Was not expecting fine dining at reasonable prices in Canmore, what a wonderful surprise. The duck confit was one of the best I’ve ever had, and scallops were amazing. Plates well prepared with thought and balance. Would definitely come back and try the tasting menu.

Wait staff, food and bartender were fantastic! Looking forward to our next visit in Canmore and will certainly be back to The Drake.
