Had our favorite meal of our 5 day trip here and the BEST service too!! We loved our experience so much we contemplated eating there 2 nights in a row :) The scallops dinner had huge perfectly cooked scallops with the best risotto I’ve ever had. My husband got the special - crab stuffed flounder. Also outstanding. Also loved the shrimp corn dogs. Our server Michael was extraordinary and a wealth of knowledge and hospitality.

Appetizers: The burrata was quite good, but the oysters on the half shell were fantastic: mild and sweet. I forgot to ask where they were sourced from. Entree: Fried chicken is THE way to go. The brazed short rib was very good but not exceptional. We ordered a side of brussells sprouts. The flavor is definitely there, and they were sauteed versus the recent trend of roasting / frying until crispy, giving them a bit more of a fresh feel. Service was great. Rhett was attentive and his personality helped make the evening a memorable one.

Wonderful dinner, we had the octopus appetizer- cooked to perfection, some of best I’ve had. Filet mignon & fish special main course- both excellent. I had side of Brussels sprouts- delicious. Desserts gelato trio and peanut butter pie- so rich and fabulous. Perfect dinner out celebrating our anniversary. Oak is wonderful anytime we’ve been there.

Caitlin or waitress was awesome! I would say the servings are very large and the tomato burrito was awesome my husband said the okra was to die for best he ever had! We had to take food home so split dishes. The bolognese was awesome!

The meal we enjoyed at the Peninsula Grill is the best meal I have ever eaten in my life. We shared a burrata salad, oysters Rockefeller, and gold osetra caviar. My wife ordered tilefish and I enjoyed swordfish. For drinks we had boulevardiers and a bottle of Rudi Pichler Gruner Veltliner 2022. We finished off the meal with a slice of coconut cake. The hostess, the waiter, and the sommelier were most helpful and pleasant.
