We came to Feng for date night and were extremely satisfied with our experience! The atmosphere (specifically the ambience) was exactly what we were hoping for for the occasion. I highly recommend the brussel sprouts as an appetizer and the Full Bloom for a drink. Our waitress April was so kind and helpful as well! Overall a 10/10 date night spot!

Had a lovely pre-theater dinner here. From walking in the door to exiting the restaurant, everyone was welcoming and gracious. Service was very attentive, friendly, and efficient. We started with some wine (nice wine list) and the spinach /goat cheese dip, which was delicious and also a sensible-sized portion. We both had gumbo (after all, it was National Gumbo Day, and it is something not normally on the menu), and it was quite good. We finished up with coffee and shared some cheesecake, which was excellent. All in all, a great experience. Also wanted to say that I have been coming to Trumbull Kitchen for probably 20 years, and it used to be almost impossible to get in and out of there in less than two hours ( I remember more than one frantic rush to the theater); it is good to see that they have made the dining process more efficient and you don't have to eat at 5:30 to get to the theater at 8.

We enjoy going into Capital Grille to sit at the bar and enjoy a cocktail and appeitzers. The bartenders are friendly and professional. Their cocktails are great as is the service at the bar. Capital Grille is always a go to for special occassions as they always make the evening an experience. Last night 4 of us were there to celebrate a birthday. We really appreciate the free valet parking, it is so convenient. We were greeted immediatly upon entering the lobby and within minutes were seated at our table. Our waitress was at our table right away. She asked if we were celebrating anything, and when we told her it was a birthday she sprinkled some confetti on the table to make the night more festive. She was friend and professional and on top of everything the entire evening. We had appetizers to share, we each had a different kind of steak (each one was cooked perfectly) and some great sides. All of the food was wonderful. At the end of the evening we were presented with a lovely dish that was decorated for a birthday and had two decadent desserts on it. It was actually a perfect experience.

Setting up a business meal could be challenging especially if it’s more than a couple of people yo keep in mind for food choices. We were a total of 6 people and we cleaned our plates to say the least. We started with a seafood tower with a mixture of oysters, crabmeat, shrimp and tuna. The steaks were so tasty and the scallops were delicious. The scallops has this very tasty spicy sauce that was not over top but kept me going for more. All side dishes did not just look good but were delicious. The restaurant was slightly loud for a Monday night and the cold air felt a bit too much. I think it’s hard to please heating and cooling in a restaurant and at Max Downtown the high ceilings can be a challenge to control such temps. This restaurant is so convenient to all major highways, very close to hotels and parking garages. Parking is free if you eat there. They also have Valet service. My guests loved this place so much they’ll come back again and so will I.

Great anniversary dinner! Fresh and delicious salad/entrees and drinks/coffees. Restaurant even gave us anniversary card and complimentary champagne to cap off the evening. Also enjoyed gelato and sorbet for dessert. Excellent service too!
