Experience dining approximately 30 feet below ground in historic caverns that were hand built in the 1800's. Accidentally discovered in 2018 during the building of our parent restaurant, Hudson and Essex, we have refurbished the caverns once used to store beer before air conditioning into a one of a kind dining experience. Every Friday and Saturday night we provide an 8 course dinner with wine pairings from our home winery ( Cypress Hill Winery ) using wines made with California grapes. Prepaid reservation only. Our second time here, this time for brunch with friends. Angie was our server and she was attentive and personable. She made some recommendations which were appreciated and enjoyed. The food and portions are great and the cocktails spot on. Love the ambience of this place. Not too stuffy, but perfect for a casual affair or a nice day/night out.

This was such an amazing experience. It was an awesome way to celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary. Im so glad I found this place on Google. Not only is it a restaurant but a cave and my husband and I love caves. We have been to a lot of them. The host/servers were great. The ambiance was lovely and very romantic. The food was weird but good, and that is coming from a picky eater. This was beyond a 5 star rating. We enjoyed every part of it. We even had the opportunity to meet the owners which was nice as well. Can't wait to come back!
