    My husband and I had dinner on a very hot and oppressive night last night. The restaurant was pleasantly cool but not icy, fine with me, however dinner took quite a bit longer than usual in a not very crowded restaurant. We attributed this to a very hot kitchen? …maybe staffing issues? Once the food arrived it was delicious as usual. In addition we were seated in an area with some loud and rambunctious customers. Bad on us for not asking to change our seating. So, overall, not the best experience, but certainly good enough. We usually give NYAJ all top marks, and I am sure we will again… but last night they just were not up to their usual excellence.

    Everything about this hidden gem is amazing! The food was delectable, the service was friendly with just the right amount of balance between making sure our needs were met without being distracting, and the atmosphere was classy yet casual. We will be back, and we’re going to tell everyone we know that they need to try Silver Girl. Truly an exceptional experience all around!

    The staff was great and friendly. The food was excellent and seasoned to perfection. Flavors of each dish were well balanced and enhanced with fresh herbs. Love the new menu. Scallops were 10/10. Great way to spend an anniversary.
