During a recent visit to Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse, I had the pleasure of experiencing one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked through the doors, the ambiance and attention to detail set the tone for what would be an unforgettable evening. The food was nothing short of spectacular. As a steak lover, I was eager to try their renowned cuts of beef, and I was not disappointed. The filet mignon was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The sides, like the creamed spinach and crispy potatoes , complemented the meal beautifully without overshadowing the main event. Every bite was a testament to the quality and care that Jeff Ruby’s puts into its cuisine. However, as remarkable as the food was, what truly elevated the night was the service. Our waiter, Nick L., was beyond outstanding. Words honestly fail to capture how incredible he made the entire experience. From his extensive knowledge of the menu to his impeccable timing and warm, personable demeanor, Nick went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our meal was flawless. He had a way of making us feel like we were the only guests in the restaurant, without ever being intrusive or overbearing. It’s rare to encounter such a high level of professionalism coupled with genuine care, and Nick exemplified this balance perfectly. In addition to the food and service, the atmosphere at Jeff Ruby’s was equally impressive. The decor is elegant, yet inviting, with just the right touch of luxury to make you feel special without being pretentious. The soft lighting and sophisticated music in the background created an ambiance that was ideal for a fine dining experience. Overall, Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse exceeded every expectation. The combination of exquisite food, top-notch service (thanks to Nick L.), and a superb atmosphere makes it a must-visit for anyone who appreciates an exceptional dining experience. Service was outstanding! Old fashioneds delicious, was our anniversary, we split a Cobb salad. Mashed potatoes and the 22 oz ribeye. Everything was excellent except the ribeye was very fatty. Hence the 4 stars. They were nice to comp us a desert for our anniversary

It was our 25th wedding anniversary and we could not have been more satisfied with the food and the service. Garry (yes, 2 R Garry) was absolutely a pro. My filet was super tender and my wife's Sea Bass melted in her mouth. The live music was a nice touch as well. It's no wonder you need a reservation to get into this place.

Memorable dinner. Upscale restaurant with, primary colors and great interior design. Food was inventive, beautifully presented and hands down the very best Mexican food we have ever tasted with impeccable service. Highly recommended 👌

Dining here was like taking a flavorful journey straight to the heart of Cuba, but what truly elevated the experience was the remarkable service provided by our server, Norberto, who clearly loves what he does. The moment we walked into the restaurant, we were greeted by a lively atmosphere filled with warm colors, and the irresistible smell of spices in the air. Norberto welcomed us with an infectious smile, instantly setting the tone for the evening. His enthusiasm was palpable, and his deep knowledge of Cuban cuisine made choosing our dishes feel like an adventure. We started with the barquitos de malanga. They were perfectly golden and crunchy on the outside, with a juicy, flavorful filling. For the main course, I went with Vaca frita, a slow-cooked shredded beef dish simmered in rich tomato sauce with peppers and onions. The beef was tender and bursting with flavor, and paired with black beans, rice, and sweet plantains, it was a plate full of comfort and tradition. My dining partner chose the lechón asado, a marinated roast pork with citrusy mojo sauce. The pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender with a perfect crispy edge. But Norberto’s service made the experience truly special. He was not only attentive but also passionate about each dish, explaining the history behind them with such enthusiasm that we could see he wasn’t just doing his job—he was sharing his culture. His genuine excitement for the food was contagious, and his recommendations were spot on. Norberto checked on us regularly, but never in a way that felt rushed or intrusive. He had a knack for being there exactly when we needed something.
