Food is really average. Steak in particular is generally tough

Food and service was great. Hopefully the quality of food continues, as our local had become very hit and miss.

I always love eating at this beautiful hotel and the food never disappoints, but I do miss the pate being on the menu.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were greeted by a friendly lady on reception. A very polite and friendly lady greeted us in the restaurant, and helped us to our table. Easy to get drinks. A staff member was quick to attend our table and take our orders. Our food arrived quickly. The helpings were very large, I couldn’t finish mine. Food was well cooked and tasty and well presented. The gent who cleared away was very friendly and polite and anticipated our need for a take away box. Overall a very enjoyable experience and meal and great service ;-D
