It was our first time here! We had a wonderful evening for the Del Dotto VIP event and then had dinner reservations! 3 of us were celebrating our birthday also (2 actually that night)! Matt was awesome and the food was amazing!!! Thanks for a great evening!

We had an amazing dinner at Hudson House! The food and service was impeccable. The only downside: it was FREEZING in the restaurant. We will definitely be back, hopefully the AC will be more tolerable.

Bri our server was spectacular, she explained the menu as new dinners. She had the knowledge and able to recommend and speak about what she has tried in the menu. She has a warm welcoming tone and felt welcomed. Loved the Gumbo, very tasty and highly recommend. Fried green tomatoes also a very good choice. Pork cheeks also delicious, felt like I was eating beef bourguignon with an amazing flavors and pork cheeks were very tender. The orange juice cake was the top of the cherry about our experience dinning at Roots.

Consistently really good food. Consistently noisy environment. Service a bit slower than usual, although the server was very pleasant and familiar with the menu. It was a busy lunch crowd so I don’t give this a lot of weight. I like this place and recommend it.
