A celebration of daily caught Toyama-Bay’s seafood with the pairing of special sake -- highlights include up to twelve different sushi prepared with super fresh “Neta” varieties towards the end of the course. Owner chef Sotohiro Kosugi welcomes foreign guests to the “Local fresh Sushi world” and is able to communicate in English.
This is our main restaurant, where our guests can enjoy buffet-style meals while enjoying a view of the Japanese Alps during the day, or a blanket of stars at night. Guests can also enjoy our teppanyaki corner, where our chef will grill our signature beef – Hida beef – in front of their eyes. The Grill at The Happo Hotel is contemporary, nature-based dining concept in Hakuba produced by Chef Kazu from Hakuba's No. 1 Restaurant Mimi's. The Grill offers Mediterranean specialities prepared prepared with local Shinshu ingredients. Shinshu salmon and pork are signature dishes prepared in the wood-fired oven. In green season, guests can enjoy al fresco dining under the 100-years old Sakura trees in front of the restaurant.

The chef’s menu at Inizia La Cucina includes options like the swordfish salad, which is served with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs, linguini pasta topped with field mustard cream sauce and pork stew sourced from the Nagano Prefecture. Satisfying desserts include Sicilian-inspired pistachio ice cream, sorbets and cinnamon danishes.
Fika is a warm wine shop that is located inside a remodeled bicycle shop. It is the perfect place to meet a friend for lunch or for a glass of wine. The menu at Fika is French based that uses local and seasonal vegetables. Dinner can be either � la carte or there are several course options. With over 100 different bottles of wine to choose from, you are sure to find a wine that pairs with your dinner perfectly. Fika asks that reservations be made for dinner if there are a large number of people in your party.
