Quail appetizer was served with 2 tiny quail eggs - extremely delicate and perfect. The fish was fresh, served with a lemon-y sauce, and a Pinot Grigio complemented wonderfully. Dessert was a unique créme brûlée, served with a robust espresso. My compliments to the chef!

Fabulous restaurant. We ate dinner there three times on our recent trip to Bennington. Alyssa was excellent for the first two and her equally excellent colleague assisted us on the third evening. The food was delicious and abundant especially the salad bar. The restaurant is in a beautiful area with scenic views everywhere with their multiple windows. I have eaten at this restaurant in the distant past with my family when I was younger and the standards have been kept high all these years. The whole staff was kind and friendly which added to the experience. Will return again when in the area.

The hotel itself is outstanding and well deserves their ratings. The staff is outstanding and pampers you and was very helpful getting us downtown and back during a rainstorm. We had breakfast each day and it was outstanding as well as the service. The dinner on our last night disappointed, however. A hamburger was way undercooked, and we sent it back. The fries were oversalted. The wings were over saturated with rub. The server was very gracious and apologetic. The dinner menu was just lacking. There were no specials. More like pub food.

Delicious and beautiful food in a cozy, intimate environment. Relaxed vibe and unrushed evening.
