I enjoy my experience at Copper Canyon typically when I go out with family and friends. The waiter Cameron was phenomenal. Unfortunately we asked to move closer to the bar section so we lost him as our server and received someone different. Needless to say that server was nowhere near as cordial, responsive and detailed oriented as Cameron. However, she did do a good job and was compensated well. We also made sure that we compensated Cameron for the time he took to service us pending our change in dining locations. The food was not as good as it typically is which was surprising to me and my guest. And, there was a mixup in my invoice at the end of the outing which was appropriately addressed. At the end of the day, I would go back again because of the location the overall ambience, and when on target the food is absolutely good!

I had been hearing good things about Pacci’s but had never been there before. Even though it was summer and many people are out of town, the restaurant was packed. We got seated in the basement dining area which was okay but lacked the ambiance of the first floor space. I was surprised at the quality of the food. It was beautifully prepared, delicious, and authentic. The pasta (which seemed to be made in house) was tender. The rosemary flat bread came with a tomato-based dipping sauce. Our entrees - Lemon Cacio e Peppe and Wild Boar Tagliatelle were both excellent. I give this restaurant two thumbs up and look forward to them expanding their dining area to the second floor.
