Olea is an outstanding restaurant. Its modern Spanish cuisine is creative as it combines ingredients in special ways and uses ingredients in innovative ways. The menu is spot on. The wine list is very good, emphasizing Spanish wines, but presenting a good selection of other terroirs as well. The service was outstanding. We thank Hugo for helping to make our evening perfect.

Have to go more often . Running very late due to accidents. Called and spoke with them. Said don’t worry get there as soon as possible.

Had to convince staff we wanted to eat in back dining room. Did not want a high top or to sit outside. When we said we might go to another restaurant they then agreed to seat us in back
