Rumi was a 13th-century Persian poet whose words and life teach us how to find inner peace, happiness and love. We invite you to Rumi’s Kitchen where fresh, healthy food and attentive Persian hospitality await you.

Sushi was amazing and the service was perfect. I think the server was named "Vee" and she was very attentive with a great attitude and an awesome set of pens that she was very proud of. I gave her one of my companies fancy pens to add to her collection. Excited to come back with my family one day soon.

Filomena’s never disappoints! The food is always delicious and the service is great. I ordered the Lasagna alla Bolognese and my friend ordered the Pollo alla Parmigiana — both were delicious (she gave me some of her food ☺️). We also ordered wine — I had the Chianti and she ordered the Cabernet…we both enjoyed that as well! Filomena’s is a staple restaurant and should be visited by everyone who comes to DC at least once! Looking forward to my next visit — when I can spare the carbs again 😂!
