Butterjoint is a comfy bar and restaurant located in North Oakland. Our welcoming and eclectic atmosphere is appropriate for almost any occasion - whether it be meeting a friend for a drink, celebrating an important event, or relaxing after work. The food was good but the 11 course meal was mainly sashimi and I like rolls and nigiri more. The price is super high for the value in my opinion and a lot of other places that I prefer. Food was good but not worth the money in my opinion.

We had the most special and delicious meal with our friends on your gorgeous patio. The food was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUSLY OUTSTANDING, and it was only made better by our attentive, fun (encouraging our Progressive Parents commercial behavior) and thoughtful server Caitlin. The staff as a whole made us feel special - everyone super engaging but not overbearing in any way. We can't wait to go back! Thank you!
