- GGaryPittsburgh / Western PA •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoKoy served us and he was fabulous! He made the evening enjoyable. The food was good but the steaks were cooked Pittsburgh style with a more form outside edge and even finish throughout/which didn’t qualify as medium rare. The flavor was great but would have like a more tender finish throughout. Other than that everything was good. Valet could be improved if the circumstances permit. Not complaining but it was raining and cold and there was no cover from the elements.More infoThe Capital Grille - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.8
- NNikkiPittsburgh / Western PA •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food was incredible and they took care of my partner and my allergies excellently. The beef carpaccio was divine and the filet was melting in my mouth and cooked perfectly. Definitely will visit again when we come back to Pittsburgh.More infoMeat & PotatoesPrice: Very Expensive• Comfort Food• Downtown•4.5
- SSamanthaPittsburgh / Western PA •9 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoI came with a coworker to celebrate my birthday, and we were really impressed! Emmett was our server, and he was wonderful. He was really helpful and answered all of our questions. He gave great suggestions and was super nice. I got the branzino, and my coworker had the chicken parmesan. Both were excellent, and the chicken was huge. He said it was probably the best chicken parmesan he has ever had. We also really enjoyed the focaccia bread. Definitely recommend a visit!More infoAlta Via - Market SquarePrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown•4.5
- AAlmaWashington, D.C. Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe weathered the snow and gridlock traffic and went for restaurant week. The staff could not be nicer. The weather delayed the valet service and both the Hostess and Chris, our server, could not be more attentive. We both ordered a glass of Raymond "Prime Cut" Cabernet and it was delicious. I enjoyed the Caesar Salad, it was good but not the best I ever had. My husband had the French onion soup that he really liked. Creamed spinach for me and mashed potatoes were tasty. The star of the meal was the 6 oz filet, perfectly cooked, the beef so flavorful and the seasoning was awesome. We thought the espresso pot for dessert was a delicious finish. Our experience could not have been better with food and service. Was worth driving through the storm to downtown.More infoMorton's The Steakhouse - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.4
- CCharlesPittsburgh / Western PA •5 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe visited Eddie Merlot’s this past Monday, They were very busy for a cold Monday evening and we overheard one of the staff say that they were short staffed but the service we received from Marissa W was outstanding. She was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. Our glasses never went empty, she checked on us often and made time to have great conversation. Marissa should be considered one of your best servers. The steaks were perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. The carrot cake was exceptional as well and finished a great meal.More infoEddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef & Seafood - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Downtown•4
