The entertainment differs each day, from live music to spectacular sunsets over New Grimsby.Our talented kitchen team, led by Head Chef Liam Caves, works with the best local suppliers to serve great British classics with a Tresco twist. We use as much locally grown, reared, and landed produce as possible. In the summer months, we fire up the Ox Grill on the terrace, cooking over coals to bring to life the flavours and aromas of the finest local produce.
