Everything was great. The host, bus man (he’s so efficient and nice), our server and the folks who delivered food and drinks. We had the filet mignon special and loved it.

The food excellent and delicious. I tried their Il Piccolo Menu, which is the 4 course prix fix menu. I enjoyed it and got to try some different dishes than I usually order. The service was very attentive. We always enjoy dining at Allora.

The ambiance was very quiet, which made it ideal for an intimate evening—perfect for celebrating my husband’s birthday. However, despite noting the special occasion, no acknowledgment or special gesture was made. The food was generally good, though there were a few issues. The shrimp cocktail had a slightly fishy taste, and my husband found the mac & cheese lacking, especially considering the price. Additionally, the first drink was noticeably weaker than the second, which was inconsistent. For these reasons, I might consider dining elsewhere next time.

Piatti Sacramento is one of the best farm to table restaurants in Sacramento. They locally source organic ingredients and have some of the best chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff in town. The management staff is attentive and make sure you have everything you need to have a wonderful dining experience. The servers are professionals who love and understand food and communicate that love to the customer. The environment is a bonus! Beautiful, peaceful in the dining area and vibrant in the bar area. Something for everybody.
