Madison was an excellent server - personable, attentive without being intrusive, efficient. The food (scallops and meatloaf) was delicious. The cozy atmosphere fit our anniversary vibe well.

We visit Vinny’s at least one time each time we visit Galena. The food and service is excellent.

Just outside of Galena sits this remarkable Inn overlooking the Mississippi. We made it our last stop on a 4 day swing through Dubuque, Madison, Galena and back home. A perfect place to have a last dinner of the trip. One of the highlights was having a great conversation with a gentleman who came over and introduced himself as Slobo and not the owner of the Inn, just Slobo. These are the things that differentiate great places, the little human touches. Thanks for a great evening, conversation and we hope to make it back some time.

First time in Galena - wanted to eat off of the tourist trap crowded street Nice & quiet, inside is much nicer than outside Irish margaritas were to DIE for !! Sooooo good.
