Mr. Pancakes popularity of "The Thompson Family’s Tradition of Excellence" quickly spread and still continues, Chuck and Dianne's daughter Liz Knoop has been running the restaurant up until 2022, when The Thompson family approached The Del-Bar supper club owners, Amy Wimmer and Anne Stoken, to see if they were in interest of buying the local gem.
