Welcome to Arrabiata Steakhouse Restaurant in the beautiful City of Ivins / Saint George area. Our Restaurant features American STEAKHOUSE and High end Italian Cuisine by Chef Eric, served in Fine dining, white tablecloth setting. Chef Eric prepares some of the most delicious food there is .The steaks are prime and dry aged cooked to perfection, with wonderful crust. We have beautiful wine list from some of the most delicious wines from Italy and California. Also, we have champagnes, from France and Italy and some great American IPA and European beers. We don’t allow BYOB.Chef Eric will provide chef's table service for every table in the restaurant. Because we provide chef‘s table service we seat people every half an hour, also we require for parties 5 people and up to have only Prix fix menu and choose 2 Entrées, because the cooking time to bring the food out at the same time is very difficult in a small restaurant and having a small kitchen. Canyon Breeze has a nice variety of options to choose from, however I found the food to be too bland. Perhaps they are cooking with low salt, but there are many other ways to bring in more flavor. Dessert options were very disappointing and even the ice cream with cookies left a lot to be desired. The chocolate chip cookies tasted like they were from the grocery store and the ice cream was not great. The highlight of the meal was the fresh dinner salad and the shrimp. Another note, the menu is the same every night and it would be nice to have variety!

We were a bit apprehensive about walking in because the restaurant is in a strip center behind a gas station. Thankfully we didn’t let that stop us because the food here is wonderful. The decor is simple and there are only two individuals working, the chef and a young lady. As soon as we were seated the chef came out and told us a bit of his story and explained how the menu worked. It’s prix fixe, with either four or five courses. Take my advice-do the five courses. First was a platter of burrata caprese, with burrata made by the chef and a delicious balsamic glaze over fresh basil and sweet tomatoes. Next my husband had a Caesar salad but I had an amazing truffle and shrimp ravioli which I’m now dreaming about! We ordered the rack of lamb and a Delmonico steak which the chef showed us before he cooked them so that we could see the marbling and quality. He served them as well, saying they would taste better than any meats we’d ever eaten. AND HE WAS RIGHT! He gets an awesome crust on his meat and it’s served ONLY medium rare, which we were happy about. Although served simply with no sides, I would drive from Las Vegas again just to eat that rack of lamb. Dessert was a housemade tiramisu which was perfect. When we left, the chef hugged us and chatted for a few minutes and we left knowing we had had one of the best dinners ever.
