Absolutely amazing! This was the best experience I have ever had!

Dinner and the performances throughout were great. Bruno and Yuniel were very attentive and gave us great service.

We came here on tuesday night looking for something other than resort food. The place was still lively with a good amount of guest but we could have probably got a walk in very easily. The appetizers and main courses were amazing. The king crab was fairly small and skinny for the price I would have expected larger but the Australian wagyu filet and Chilean sea bass were amazing. The service is the best, it felt like we had 3-5 servers as someone was always nearby and cleaning our table, filling our waters, and even serving our appetizers onto our plates for us. Overall amazing experience and would come back.

We had an awesome time at Rosa Negra! One of the coolest restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. The entertainment stole the show, and everyone on the staff was enjoying themselves, which made it that much better. The food and drink selection topped off the perfect night.

The service was incredible. It felt like the staff was a team. Every staff member was always looking out to make sure we were comfortable.
