Americano Steak House is a local, veteran-owned restaurant featuring hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood, amazing salads, 1/2 pound steak-burgers, decadent desserts and the only full liquor bar in the East Tennessee mountains will over 100 wines by the bottle and glass.We kindly ask that you do not show up early for your reservation, but simply on time. We are a small, boutique steakhouse that focuses on exceptional food and incredible service in the mountains of East Tennessee and typically cannot seat guests earlier than their reserved time.While we have always discouraged them, our policy towards no shows/same day cancelations MUST be firm. Artisanal Restaurant is open seasonally from May-October end. Contemporary American Fine Dining in a rustic yet elegant environment. Innovative and progressive thinking in a farm to table approach, only working with the highest quality ingredients. This warm environment offers the best food and wine with excellent service. Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Private dining room adjacent to the wine cellar available for events. The only available menu is a pre-fix style, with 5-6 choices per course, $105/ guest plus a service fee. We do not offer a kids menu however kids prepared to order off our pre-fix menu are welcome. Our Dress Code is Business Casual. Collared shirts are required, jackets are preferred but not required for men. No shorts, distressed jeans, hoodies, hats, or sandals/flip flops. All of our breads, pastas, and pastries are prepared in-house daily. Our Bar offers local beers, seasonal craft cocktails, and a well chosen wine selection.     Excellent service and atmosphere, I went out of my comfort zone this visit and ordered the seared sea scallops and smoked trout dip. They were good but not as good as my fiance's short rib, which was amazing. Overall I had an amazing birthday dinner that exceeded my expectations and I would love to come back.

    This place is so very consistent. Always superb food impeccable service wonderful atmosphere and just all out terrific experience. In my mind should have a Michelin star. So happy to have this wonderful place to dine in our little Tri- cities.

    This is the absolute BEST Brazilian restaurant we have ever dined at! The food is fantastic, the staff friendly and helpful, and the ambiance comfortable and warm. The hour and a half drive for us is worth it!
