We had a fantastic meal, and our server did a great job (even after admitting from the start that it was her third day on the job!). Emilia is one of the best restaurants in Knoxville!

The food was good, but we ordered baked potatoes and were told the person who was in charge of them was there so they didn’t have any.

The best place in town for a variety of fresh fish, and an array of oysters. Best raw and baked oysters, but the only place (I’ve found in town) for mouth watering grilled oysters!

We started off with pork belly appetizer that was great. We ordered filets and rib eye,both fabulous. Mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, and broccolini were all perfectly prepared. Service was spot on without being intrusive. Will definitely return

As usual, the service, food, and prices were outstanding. You could not adk for a better restaurant in Knoxville. I only wish that they would serve a rare hamburger there...

Firebirds has the best steaks i have ever eaten. And the service is amazing. Highly recommend.
