The steaks were incredible. We got the wet aged NY Strip and the wet aged ribeye, and both my boyfriend and I were part of the "clean plate club". We also had the brussels, which were perfectly crispy, and the fries, which came with a phenomenal chili aoli sauce. The warm chocolate cake with carmel gelato was an excellent way to finish it off. The cake was much more brownie like than a cake, but it was so incredible that I was more than fine with how it was.

The staff and service is top notch. Everyone pitched in, so assume tips are pooled. We asked for a quiet part of the restaurant. In retrospect, we could have been moved a couple of booths further down. Not the end of the world, but not the best either. Food is excellent. Grits were creamy and not dried out (We arrived at 1:40 due to a delay for brunch.) Steak was generous and cooked to perfection (medium rare). Eggs were cooked as ordered. Bloody Mary well mixed. Could not ask for more.

We started with Fried Green Tomatoes (the best I've had and we live in the SC Lowcountry) and the crab bisque. They were thumbs up choices. Our dinners were the pork chop and the charred peach salad with Fried chicken. I don't normally get fried anything but this chicken was moist and the coating was crisp and not greasy at all. My husband's chop was soo tasty too! No room for dessert here but we heard their banana pudding is a winner!
