    Their summer menu was really refreshing, and they had just started serving it. The vegetable tagine was so savory for being just veg. And the rest of the bites were great: gulf shrimp perfectly spiced, BBQ lamb ribs fell right off the bone, beef kofta kebab had good flavor, and the carmelized eggplant was smoky. We paired it with some cocktails that were bright and citrusy.

    No doubt, the atmospher in Flores in the Hillsdale Mall is beautiful. Service is always top-notch and the food is tasty and shows innovation and a certain creative flair. A great experience everytime!

    Really happy they added weekend brunch here - food was delicious with lots of options. Our basic breakfast with eggs, chicken apple sausage and bacon was great. French press coffee was strong and delicious.
