Excellent service by Lauro and his team. Food was very good. Salad bar was diverse and well stocked. We’re old enough to remember the original Steak and Ale with its high timbered ceilings, and this new version can’t match that, but it was still pleasant and we’ll be back.

My favorite thing was the salad bar. (And there are lots of things there besides salad!) Everything I tried was delicious. I would go to Bullvino’s again and be happy with nothing but the salad bar. Most of the meats were good, except a few that were overcooked and dry. I tried to use the chimichuri sauce to moisten the meat, but the sauce was too spicy for that task. Service was good. Servers kept coming to the table when I had the “green light” on. I would say 4.5 stars overall.
