- TterryVIPAlabama •69 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOur dining experience was excellent. Therefore, this may be a little longer. The Golden Hour martini was a real favorite. Our appetizers were excellent. The eildgame tartare was beyond description, best tartare I've ever eaten. The octopus, done in a Spanish bbq style, was a little spicy for me, but cooked perfectly. The Ceasars salad was the real deal, with white anchovies. The entres stole the show. Charred Elk Chops were best I've ever had, thick, cooked rare+, at my request, brocollini and other complimentary sides. Soooooooo goid. The Red Trout was equally good, and had a wonderful accompanying side of creamed corn, real hominy and other vegetables. Haven't had good hominy in decades. This was the real thing. Dessert was a beautiful presentation of chocolate mousse.. and it was the crowning glory. Sooooooooooooo recommend this dining experience.More info350 MainPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Park City•4.7

- LLynnUtah •2 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 11, 2025We (my husband and I), had a fabulous dining experience at the Blind Dog! Our server, "Jackson", was phenomenal! He was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered all of our questions about the menu, as well as other general questions we had. He was attentive, professional, and fun! We had some appetizers and ordered a bottle of wine, and we both enjoyed our entrees! There is a wonderful variety of options on the menu. We love the story about the blind dog "Rigger" and the owners sound like amazing people. Very nice to have gluten free options. The Bananas Foster Bread Pudding was the BEST I have ever had and the after dinner specialty coffee drinks were a fantastic compliment. The vibe was lively and comfortable, neat decor, cool bar, nice sushi bar, plus it was clean. Can't say enough great things about this place. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.
