The service at Bice is top-notch from the valet to every single staff member at the restaurant. It was a rainy day when we arrived; the valet attendant, holding an umbrella, walked me to the entrance. My friend is vegan, there were quite a few vegan options on the menu. We started with Caesar salad. Perfectly dressed and very tasty. I prefer it when the salad isn't soaked in dressing. For the main course, I ordered the veal scaloppini with roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes. My friend had the gluten-free penne in arrabbiata sauce. This is the best arrabbiata sauce I have ever had. We finished our meals with coffee and sorbet. Our server, Francesco, was aware of Alan's vegan diet, suggested we try all three flavors. The dessert was fantastic. Thanks Francesco.
