Our Micro Brewery has the skilled oversight of Certified Chef Joseph Gervais serving delicious steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood dinners and appetizers with a full bar, wine and locally brewed beer. The ingredients of our meals are freshly prepared including salad dressings made on site. Our beer is used in many ingredients. Our signature dishes include scallops, salmon steak, choice steaks and burgers. Most ingredients of our beer are grown within one hour of our brewery.     The buffet was a nice treat for Mom and Grandma. The food selections were perfect for the ladies and for us men, too. As always, we had excellent service from your staff. The only glitch was the chicken was a trifle dry. It tasted good, though. Thank you for the tasty meal and a pleasant atmosphere.

    Northern Maine Brewing Company is an absolute gem. This authentic spot is home to an incredible selection of craft brews made with local ingredients. The atmosphere is outstanding, great selection of seating at the bar, high tops or dining room. The staff is excellent and has always handled our large groups with ease. You can't go wrong with any food selection on the menu, my favorite is the Salmon Steak. It's definitely worth checking out if you appreciate a good craft brew!
