Open for lunch, dinner, and snacks, the menu offers a range of Italian dishes, including antipasti, pasta, pizza, mains, sides, and desserts. Enjoy a full bar with wines, beers, and cocktails while taking in stunning views of the Hunter Valley vineyards. The restaurant is conveniently located near other wineries and attractions, making it ideal for day trips or weekend getaways. Drawing fresh local produce from a community of local Hunter Valley producers and growers, as well as from the Hope family’s own Angus cattle farms in the lush green pastures of the Upper Hunter, the menu is a culinary experience of the region best shared with a loved one, or with family and friends around the table.Within view - or easy walking distance - is the kitchen garden where the kitchen and gardening teams tend to a growing section of edibles including herbs greens and native ingredients. Just across the way is a pasture home to the Hope’s own very local Angus cattle.
