An absolutely fantastic experience. Alex our server was lovely and attentive, Sophia the chef was so accommodating with a food intolerance of mine. The food was just terrific. I totally recommend this restaurant.

We had a great experience for the most part. The food was great, especially the apps. We have had the same server twice and really liked her. However, our reservation started at 6pm and at about 7:45pm she came by and told us there was a 2 hour time limit on tables and she was going to have to kick us out soon. We had just ordered dessert and then felt like we had to rush to eat it and get out of there. I could understand saying something if we were done ordering and were just lingering there, but it felt very premature to put that pressure on us to leave after we had ordered a lot of food and drinks. It left us with a bad impression especially as we were there celebrating an engagement. Not sure if this is pressure from management or if the server was pushing it, but either way I feel like it could have been handled better.

Ambiance: Nuovo boasts a chic yet cozy decor, with soft lighting and tasteful artwork that create a romantic setting. The layout is thoughtfully designed, providing intimate seating while still allowing for a lively buzz of conversation. We were seated at a lovely table by the window, which offered a picturesque view of the bustling street outside, adding to the charm of our evening. Service: The service was impeccable. Our server greeted us with a warm smile and was attentive without being intrusive. They expertly guided us through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that showcased the restaurant’s best dishes. It was evident that the staff was well-trained and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. Drinks: We also enjoyed a bottle of wine from their impressive selection, It paired perfectly with our meal and added an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience. Overall Experience: Nuovo surpassed all our expectations. The combination of exquisite food, attentive service, and a romantic ambiance made our anniversary truly unforgettable. We left with full hearts and full stomachs, already planning our next visit.
