This was our first dinner at Woodfire Grill and it was outstanding!! Such a pretty restaurant with cozy fireplaces surrounding the perimeter. Our dinner was delicious and portions more than generous. I ordered the crab cake appetizer as my entree and it was a great choice! Two good sized crab cakes…handmade not frozen. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu and wine selections. All in all, we had a very nice experience and the next time we’re in Dubuque, we will return!!

Food was delicious and well prepared. Chef/owner stopped by to see how our meal was and we had a nice chat. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. Good overall experience.

One of our favorites! Never disappointed. They change up their food and cocktail menu often. Giant pretzel is sooo good. The blue gill is also tremendous. Always recommend.

Great waiter. Great servers great food. Thank you. Just wish you had a discount for SR’s, or menu breakfast. I had 3 things for $24. For 72 yo I won’t be back. Too expensive for what I ate.
