Fantastic lunch with bubbles. The new lunch menu is superb. Lovely welcome and we were given time to peruse the menu . Meals arrived promptly and were both delicious then we had a short break before choosing desserts. My new favourite rhubarb sorbet …. Although the carrot cake was a delight too. No need to venture further afield than your local award winning restaurant. Huge thanks to our waitress for looking after us so well. (Didn’t get your name but had just returned from Sicily) . What an ambassador for the Millstone. Thanks again.

Sunday dinner was fab, I'm celiac & was worried about eating here as my last experience a few years ago was not good! But absolutely great with gluten free meal, I've booked again for a sat night meal, service was good & food was piping hot & plenty of it 😋

My daughter and I went to the Griffin Inn for Boxing Day Lunch. We had been to several 'Festive Lunch' events in December so both opted for the Steak & Chips option. The steak was brilliant and cooked to perfection, as were the rest of the meal. The atmosphere was inviting and quieter than we expected, though it was livelier in the Bar where the football was on TV. The staff were attentive and we had a lovely time. We will definitely return.
