Cava Mezze satisfies every time. It’s a little hidden gem in my opinion. If you like the fast casual version, you will be in love with the sit down restaurant. It’s tapas style but the portions are generous and full of flavor and unique. The drinks are amazing and strong and we definitely appreciate the non-alcohol alcoholic fun drinks. Major bonus is the brunch, the French toast is seriously the best I’ve ever had and I love love breakfast food. 

Unique restaurant in out-of-the-way location, but easy enough to get to. The restaurant appears to be family-owned and run, and its menu, both food and beverages, remains true to their Belgian tradition. The cuisine is excellent--unusual, very tasty, beautifully presented (but not pretentious), and served at a leisurely pace that makes the diner aware that everything is made to order, and that takes time. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful evening. The food was excellent including Filet Mignon, Lobster, and an amazingly tender Octopus. The wine chosen, Esporao, was delicious and accompanied the food well. Manuel, the owner, shows wonderful pride in his food creations, and was a warm and friendly host.

A true gem in Wheaton! We often get multiple small plates to share. The house made harissa is amazing, as is the burrata and beef salad
