Bar was fabulous, great service and ambiance. Server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Food was very good. Only aspect I didn’t care for was every little thing you want costs extra. Bread, butter, sauces, etc. with the price of entrees feel that is excessive. I know you are paying for the staff, atmosphere and quality ingredients but some things should be included. Overall a good experience.

Accidentally discovered this place because I admired the doors when I was walking by. Located in an old bank, the decor is charming and elegant. We were seated at the chef's counter and got to watch the food being prepared. Service was wonderful and we enjoyed chatting with the chefs. All of the food was good but I need to call special attention to the French oysters - possibly the best I've ever had -, the burger (I don't like burgers and I wanted to steal more than a bite from my dining companion!), and the scallops. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening there.

Everything was perfect- from the food to the table service. The bar service was rude. The drinks were $25+ each (I’m from the New York area so I’m used to expensive drinks) but that was excessive for what they were). The only thing rude people of the whole getaway to Charleston were the two bartenders at this restaurant. However, it was a fun atmosphere. Pepe was a wonderful table server and the food was wonderful!
