Scala is hands down the best Italian food menu in Napa Valley. There may be more fancy places on the way to Calistoga as you head north from Napa CA but not smarter, healthier choices when it comes to celebrating the cuisines of Italy.

This is my second time at Hikari Sushi, and the experience this time around was just as spectacular as the first, if not more. The passion and care they put into their food does not go unnoticed and their attention to detail when it comes to making sure their customers have a good experience is top notch. They've even remembered from my first time around that I was a left-handed individual, so table settings and food placements were even catered to that preference. Quality of ingredients being fantastic, and meticulous and passionate preparation made each course amazingly delicious and left me wanting to polish off each dish clean. On top of delicious food and amazing service, ambiance and vibes were simply on point. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be coming back here. I want to be able to share this experience with more people.
