At KELP we take our time to make sure the food that goes on your plate is a fresh and local as possible. We source our seafood to be specifically Scottish and sustainable. We pride ourselves on using local suppliers for all our food. The fish people supply our fresh seafood daily. Our bread comes from Soja bakehouse, a family owned bakery in Cumbernauld. Our meat comes from ABR butchers, based in Bearsden. Our executive chef, Christopher Hutchison, creates amazing, innovative dishes to be enjoyed and shared with friends and loved ones. We now have an AA rosette for 2023/2024 to highlight his and the teams amazing work. We are located on Cowcaddens Road, just around the corner from our sister restaurant, Ardnamurchan Restaurant and Bar and a stones throw from the theatre royal. Perfect for a meal before a show.     We had a lovely dinner here, I had the steak and my sister had the vegetarian platter, really delicious. We then had the tiramisu which was enormous!!! Definitely recommend Cafe Antipasti. Great food, lovely staff and very well priced.

    We went on a Wednesday afternoon and were the only people there. I'm sure it's buzzing in the evening and at the weekends. Food good, staff attentive.

    Box is the perfect venue for a night out with your mates. Was my birthday and they toook a booking for a bigger group no problems and made effort by putting up birthday banners around the table (wasn’t asked for but a classy touch) large selection of cocktails and a venom vending machine, very fair and reasonable prices especially for city centre Glasgow. Good selection of beer and cider too. Live music came on at 10pm which was great for the atmosphere though the choons were good all night. Will definitely be back soon
