Restaurants near Midway Inn South Lake Tahoe

We enjoyed our visit and we were very happy with the way the the restaurant is operating. Great food, hospitality and very friendly staff. Our waitress Ana was extremely helpful and very nice.

We visited again Memorial Day, on the last night of vacation. Heather was our server. She has been there for over 4 years. She is an excellent server, knowledgeable about the menu and passionate about the food. She is able to discuss the entire menu and make recommendations. We had the Early Dinner Experience, starting with the Corn Chowder and the Caesar Salad. It was the best Caesar I’ve ever had. Course two was the Beef Wellington, which is “must try” and is wonderful every time, and the Braised Short Ribs, served over a potato croquette with a wonderful Demi glacé sauce over it all. You don’t need a knife to eat it, as it is so tender. It is EXCELLENT! Finally, the Sticky Toffee Pudding with the most delicious ice cream on top. The wine list and drink menu is diverse. Try the 100-Years Of Port sometime. If you like port this is a great way to sample a tawny 10, 20, 30 and 40-year port. Hell’s Kitchen Tahoe is consistent in excellence and never disappoints.

One of the best places to eat if you want a great view in Lake Tahoe. Love love love the food love the drinks love everything about it.
