- SSuzanneSan Francisco Bay Area •18 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoSeven Hills is our first SF choice whenever our son is in town (and often also when he's not). He used to live close by and went weekly, and now that he has moved to NYC, he wants to stop by every chance he can. The food is outstanding and the service is exceptional. We especially enjoyed the sugo papardelle and the agnolotti quattro formaggi, as well as the crudo appetizer special and the carpaccio, with the bucatini (with pancetta, asparagus) coming in a close second and the orecchiette with fava bean and garlic pesto a close third. Incredible meal, as always. We shared a chocolate budino for dessert. Parking is a challenge, so we park several blocks away and walk up. Worth every ounce of effort. Wonderful restaurant in every way.More infoSeven HillsPrice: Expensive• Italian• Russian Hill•4.9

- MMichaelVIPNew York City •55 reviews4.0Dined on Apr 29, 2025Tasty food at prices appropriate for the quality in San Francisco. Excellent service. Small restaurant. A bit cramped for space but not a deal breaker. The lasagna was good. The burrata caprese salad was very good.More infoAmarenaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Russian Hill•4.7
