Here at Calabria Brick-Oven Pizzeria we create something truly special that would allow the world to try authentic pizza. Our pizza dough is made from scratch daily using an old recipe and cold fermented up to 72 hours, giving it time to develop a unique flavor. The food was Amazing! We ordered the Salmon and Prime Rib. I would Definitely recommend it. We ordered oysters, shrimp and French onion soup during Happy Hour! Great prices on drinks and Awesome bartenders 😊

I've never gotten a bad meal here. The pizza is always perfect. The cannoli is some of the best I've had. If you want a good brick oven pizza, this is the place to go to.
