Restaurants near Matthews Point North Shopping Center

I made reservations at this restaurant but when I got there, I realized it was two restaurants, (the reservation is for Dockside) Dockside and Skull Creek. The Skull Creek sorry does not require reservations. While both restaurants were nice, we canceled our reservation at Dockside and ate at Skull Creek because that had available outdoor seating and the sushi. If you cant get on the patio at Dockside, try Skull Creek. Both are great options.

This was our first time of going to Wise Guys but it won’t be our last. It was wonderful. Food was delicious ; cooked to perfection. Service was exceptional. Weather was good so we sat on the patio. Overall experience was super.

Went for dinner on a Thursday evening, had to move up my time 3 times and they were very accommodating. We were started promptly once we finally made it to the restaurant. Sat outside and beautiful views of the marina. Our server Kumar was excellent! We were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary and he brought us 2 flutes of champagne which was fantastic! He gave us great suggestions for food and drink. I ended up getting the fried calamari...it literally came to our table in less than 5 minutes and honestly I think they just threw them in the microwave because they didn't taste fresh and crunchy...flavor wasn't great either...too salty but I asked for some lemon wedges and it helped counteract the salty flavor. I then ordered the citrus mint julep... didn't like the bitterness of it so Kumar kindly offered to make me another drink...I had the S S. Refresh and it was fantastic! For our meal,I ordered the seafood scampi bucatini and it was delicious!!! My husband ordered the filet mignon... he said it was OK. Overall great romantic ambiance and staff and I'd go back again!

Food was as good as usual. However, the tables are beginning to show their age and need some refinishing..

Another great meal at Alexanders. They have the best, perfectly shucked oysters, wonderful wine selection , and low country ambiance on the porch overlooking the 11 mile lagoon system. My husband's crab cake was perfect as were my scallops. I highly recommend Alexander's as they are consistently excellent
