This is a one-of-a-kind mediterranean restaurant displaying dishes that you find anywhere else in San Antonio. Service reinforces the sine qua non status of a meal here as everyone from maitr'd to waiters and waitresses shows high motivation in their job. All this, against a backdrop of a modern restaurant design with air conditioning as a strong as the southwest climate makes for a memorable experience and a wish to return. Especially recommended: Kibbeh Nayeh, Mahshi, Shishbarak, Saganski.

There were little details everywhere which showed they want their guests to enjoy the experience. Most restaurants make you feel rushed to eat and onto to the next customer. Here, we felt like family. “Take your time” and “enjoy” were common phrases - and they were genuine. Brett and Renee were fantastic! Personable, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Great place to sit back and enjoy a delicious meal!! The chef outdid himself with that 16oz ribeye!!

Let’s be honest, brasserie food is…. frites. But they’re really consistent and quality frites! The food is solid, portion sizes are appropriate (you will not leave hungry, especially if you do dessert) but it’s the service and ambience that makes this place worth it. Cocktails are excellent & there are great wines by the glass. I have been twice, both times had excellent service and good food. Staff are engaging without being intrusive, and very accommodating. If you ask for a quiet table, or express other needs, they go out of their way. It’s unlikely that a brasserie menu will ever make it to my “fine dining” list, but Mon Chou Chou is pretty dang close! Worth a visit and suitable for casual meals as well as special occasions.

Ordered the ribeye medium rare, came out with no pink. Overpriced in relation to other high end restaurants. Service however, was certainly high end, great staff

My brother and sister-in-law took us to the Chart House Restaurant for taking care of their dog for several weeks. We had not been in more than 10 years, and it was so much better than the last time we went. The food was outstanding. The menu was great - choices for everyone. There was a set menu in the middle with soup/salad choices, entree choices, and a dessert which I thought was a great value. The wine selection is very nice, and there were some good choices for having a glass rather than having to buy a whole bottle. The server was friendly and cheerful and not intrusive. The manager came by and chatted with us for a few minutes to make sure our dinner was great. All in all the experience was wonderful. We went at 6:15 and had a nice sunset dinner. I did think the tower was rotating faster, but that might be my imagination!
