Restaurants near Marmara Forum Shopping Center

Good location: Although not exactly the city center, there is plenty of everything in the neighborhood (promenade, shopping mall, ATMs, cafes and other restaurants). Easy commute: Ample parking, plenty of cabs and close proximity to the train. Great atmosphere: Fancy hotel, close proximity to the sea and live music. Spacious: Plenty of room between tables, so you can actually have a private conversation. Excellent service: Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service staff. Awesome food: Exactly what you would expect.

The food was good but not amazing. I find chefs for the most part are not very imaginative. They are satisfied with good and so never get to great. Service was good but again not great. The restaurant is beautiful. The restaurant is definitely better than the surrounding popular places but it could be a lot better

Great experience overall. Good food at fair price. My wife had an issue with our food and they took it back to the kitchen to fix. When we wanted to pay, they let us know that it is on the house due to the hassle. Nice customer service.

It was our first meal in Istanbul, late in the evening and shortly after our arrival. The ambiance of the restaurant is great and the stuff was very friendly. The quality of the food is good. However, I believe we might have been overcharged as we were charged 3,200 Turkish lira (£80) the grill platter for two and 800 Turkish lira (£20) for a selection of small call meze dishes (houmous, yogurt, etc.). Our subsequent meals at more scenic places were substantially cheaper for the same quality of food. The menus are laminated and prices are written with a Sharpie pen rather than being printed.
