The real deal. Excellent food prepared with care. Delicious. Great service in old world charm. Make sure this is a stop. Although pricey it was the best meal and best price we had in Louisville. Nowhere else even held a candle to this place.

Our first time at Black Jockey’s Lounge was a great success. We sat at the bar and ordered an appetizer and drinks. The fried green tomatoes were excellent. For dinner, my husband ordered the black bean burger and said it was one of the best he had ever had. I wanted to try the Caprese Wedge Salad, but they were apparently out of iceberg lettuce. I had the Salmon with curry rice and sautéed spinach and loved it. Our bartender/waitress was friendly even though she was extremely busy. We will go back.

Strange seasoning on the filet skewers…tasted like Allspice. Everything else good. Good blt salad, fish and chips and Margherita pizza.

Loved the ambiance of the Igloo. Our server Kylie was amazing! Amazing personality, very knowledgeable of the menu. Most attentive server we've had in a long time. Food was good but very limited menu. Would've liked having more oprions. We easily met our $300 minimum and gratuity was added.
