At the Nag’s Head we are passionate about food and the excellent quality produce that is available locally. The majority of our food is freshly prepared and cooked from ‘farm to fork’ by our Head Chef Andy Millard and his enthusiastic kitchen team. We have tried to get a booking here a few times and tonight we were lucky! The food was excellent, service A1 and we will be back i am sure.

Good local menu, slightly disappointed that my asparagus was over grilled and cooked and small things missing eg no bread with mussels and biscuit/small Welsh cake with coffee

My first visit and what a fantastic place. Loved the informal atmosphere, the attentive and excellent staff and the food ❤️❤️❤️. What a treat the unusual flavours alongside knockout staples. I didn’t pay but the prices look very good. Thoroughly recommend this little gem.

Always good value at the Griffin. Table ready on arrival and food arrived within 15 minutes of ordering. No matter where the table is there is always a screen close by. Good atmosphere.
